A week after its opening, Hetty and Lottie arrive in the village to take up residence in Primrose Cottage. But then, just fifteen days before Christmas, someone is found dead in the grounds of Pentrillick House, and the locals and Wonderland's visiting tradespeople are faced with the possibility of there being a murderer in their midst.
