Her brother Danny has other dreams he wants to pursue and fears he might be a disappointment to his father. Lily has a friend whom she supports in her own dream, but she meets some classmates who bully her because of her goals. Throughout all this, Lily remains courageous and ever hopeful while she tries to understand and help those around her accept her role and gain confidence in their own roles.
