Axeman is a journal of someone who still practises guitar playing alone in his bedroom and who finds inspiration through the medium of YouTube. However, it is also a humorous journal of a straight talking ordinary man with life encompassing concurrent passions for: his family; the guitar; cultivation of fruit and vegetables; baking and the production of preserves. Having practised different styles, studied a variety of artists and searched YouTube for inspirational clips, it occurred to me to pass on my experience to other striving guitarists or those generally interested in music. I have touched upon flamenco, classical, rock, jazz, fusion, country, rockabilly etc... to give the reader the opportunity to easily find and explore differing styles and my aim was to inspire, encourage and educate. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1HtBOesvUsY
