When the author and her husband sought donor egg IVF to have their babies, they realized that they couldn't find books that explained third-party reproduction methods in an exciting and clear way for their children. Determined, Jordan decided then and there to write a book herself, for their child. From there, requests came pouring in from other to-be parents.
