This book has been updated in September 2020. A CCT is one who is proficient in the basic skills and knowledge of total cost management. It is just like a junior version of CCP. This is especially true when the TCMF (Total Cost Management Framework) methodology is in place to integrate Asset, Operations and Project Management into a single model.
