This book carefully explores that and gives practical approaches to changing how we think and how we respond. Many women raised in traditional churches believe the myth that they are bound to a bad marriage. I did, and my story is what prompted this book. I finally realized, and believed, that God did not expect me to live in an abusive relationship just because I had been taught that leaving was a sin. Read my answer.
