Devin Pierce is on his way to the hospital but, this will only be the beginning of a ride that he will never forget. Soon after he arrives the doctors and nurses wheel him into a very strange operating room and start working on his life altering injuries. Odd lapses in time and strange events occur almost nightly without any reason for them. The next few days become very trying for Devin as he fights to separate reality from his newly acquired nightmares. After he experiences an unexplainable, unnatural occurrence with another patient on his ward, the darkness seems to swallow up all of his thoughts until he begins to believe that the nurses and doctors are out to get him. Devin struggles to find a way out of the hospital and his nightmares while trying to find the other patient after she disappears right in front of him. Unable to determine who is friend and who is foe, Devin fights hard against the treachery of the darkness before it makes him disappear too.
