The survivors must avoid all human gestures. They become beasts, learning to crawl on four legs, communicate, dress, shelter, eat, and mate the way animals do. If not, they die, swallowed by the soil of an unforgiving planet. Even newborns have their legs broken to prevent them from walking. A horrific story that ends with the word beginning.
