Norway is a cold country in winter so you need to pack clothing, footwear and other items appropriate for that climate. Many roads are closed during this period so getting around in the more remote locations can be difficult. Public transport and tourist attractions can be limited. In summer the long hours of daylight make touring easy and very enjoyable. We believe that every place in the world provides unique experiences which make a visit worthwhile. We encourage you to explore, meet the locals and grab each new opportunity as it arises. Travelling is fun but do it with care and compassion. In that way your Norwegian experience can provide lifetime memories.
