Hello, my name is Jeffery West, and this book is about my story and how PTSD, Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, and how it let me to suicide. This book is about how I picked up all the pieces of my broken past and moved on and created that purpose-filled life I never thought I deserved to have, how I transformed my mindset from a fixed mindset to the growth mindset. This book was designed to inspire hope and change in one's life. I hope to help others through my struggles in hopes that it will shine the light on our disease and encourage others to share their stories and help those out there who do not have the courage right now to destroy those self-limiting beliefs and give them the best fighting chance to live and be successful.
