We order other events using these as reference points.The author, Richard Gold, was born in 1942 in Bartow Florida. Many of the poems in this collect were inspired by events in his formative years and events that have happened since. If we, if he, were wise enough to properly evaluate the events as they happened than he, then we, would have made a better use of the time of the events.
