In this action sequel to "Swords of Aerides" the iconic Princess Adria Mereda is abducted after surviving a horrendous airship crash intended to take her life. In the adventure that ensues, her husband, the equally iconic Jannus Holgar, Prince Warlord of Aerides, and her son the Prince Aron of Avinon along with a cast of wonderful characters from the preceding novel including Aron's wife, the warrior princess Sefinaof Helium, set sail in flying warships to free Adria Mereda and punish those who abducted her. Like the first book, this volume continues the style and adventure of the previous novel populated by Avinons heroes and heroines. This volume again tests Prince Aron and his Princess as they attempt to rescue Aron's mother from the hands of the worst that Aerides can provide. They are a tight couple, that even death cannot separate.
