Still today, as it happened then perhaps, dark reasons have prevented, and prevent, to make full light on so many dramatic political facts, never completely clarified in their carrying out and in their ideation, happened in all the Nations of the World and in all the historical moments . Someone calls it " State reason". But, it is fair that a State give to itself a "reason", for crimes, for injustices, for lies and to call itself "civil" if give priority to the safeguard of underground accords or to pacts of subjection with entities and hidden powers, rather than to the search of the truth and the justice, and to the intent to honor the death of innocent victims ? In the moment in which the modern State, of which all of us are part, will show to pursue with steadiness and without ambiguity that objectives and that noble ideals, we can finally announce that the cruel epoch of the Malaspina and their contemporaries, is finished, that civilization has won, that what it has been narrated in this book it is sole and entirely History of a far past. And it is not, neither it will be never again daily chronicle.
