Thus, in view of the definitive and predictable nature of retirement, the book aims to know and analyze the processes of Workforce Planning (TFP) of PEBs. It concludes that it is necessary to restructure the process of replacement of teachers and that the public authorities understand the importance of inserting the workforce planning in the field of education.
