It is an in-depth, well written discussion of the roots of this religion and the issues surrounding its authenticity. At no time does the author attack or deride LDS members, but treats them with love and compassion. She covers the seminal aspects extremely well, leading the reader on a clear journey of understanding the basis of the Mormon Church. Thoroughly researched, compellingly written, the reader cannot help but follow Ms. Clifford's conclusions. A certain must read for both current Mormons, those who have left the church, and also mainstream Christians.
