'SOCIAL' here stands for the acronym of Submission, Oneness, Calling, Integral Education, Action and Liberty. These six variables together constitute the meaning of social leadership. Since the leadership is attributed with these values, it is known as social leadership.The book explores the ultimate traits of a good social leader and to understand the complex gamut of social leadership that brings about social empowerment. Along with those six values, Managerial functions Big 5 personality traits and 10 socialization traits were added to design to questionnaire to find the social leadership traits for social empowerment.
