The Executive is an exciting modern day adventure of Steve Clayton, who's family is killed in a horrible highway accident. Steve drifts into depression, and then finds a relative offering him a chance at a new life. He accepts and is on his way to a lifetime of adventure in the business world. Along the way he meets Cindy a slightly older but beautiful business woman. He also runs into ruthless businessman Ned, who has plans to take the company over by force. Steve cannot decide who's side Cindy is on. A gripping climax occurs when Cindy is shot in the chest and hangs on the edge of death. Will Steve stay with her or abandon her like she is yesterday's news? Steve is rapidly promoted until he takes over the company. Even good guys want him out. Is Steve smart and savvy enough to outsmart Ned? When the police are brought in, will they support Steve, and will they catch the killer? Who is the killer?
