But there are other countries where bears still live in the forests and among the mountains. The bears I am going to tell you about lived high up in the Alps, and their home was a large cavern in the rocks very nearly at the top of a steep mountain. Mr. and Mrs. Bear had lived there for a very long time, and hoped to spend the rest of their lives in their mountain home.
