I have learned over the years about mental health on a firsthand basis. By going to many seminars and conferences I was able to get on the road to recovery. I not only leaned about recovery but I applied it to my daily life. I wrote in this book a recovery plan that helped me get to where I am at today. I never thought I would get better. With time and patience, I can say I am now out of the dark tunnel that I was in before. I hope this book helps you as it has helped me.
