Reseña del libro "Waves: The Baby Dude Story (en Inglés)"
On September 11, 1992, Baby Dude, returns to Hawaii from the mainland. He hears the dreadful news that Kauai has been devastated by a catastrophic storm, Hurricane Iniki. It is forty eight hours before he reaches his driveway, to find his five-year-old, Tommy, waiting, in the near dark, to tell him that Lily has taken Grandpa Tom to the hospital. It is over three months before Baby Dude, alone with his two small sons, reaches out to Stephanie, his wife’s sister, for help with the boys. Just as they are becoming friends, Stephanie takes off on a trip to Florida. Miami Police Detective, Teddy Krozniak, wants to talk with her about the open file on the murder of Edgar Bennett in his South Beach apartment in 1987. Krozniak comes to Hawaii and enlists the assistance of Baby Dude and his surfing mentor, the handsome and charismatic Clayton Bouvier. The two agree to participate in an elaborate police takedown. During the chaos of the Fort Lauderdale Halloween Parade, they manage to capture the mastermind of a south Florida criminal network.
